Checking the showroom…

The collection

Three instruments. Built in the UK.

Rhodes Music Group builds these by hand in England. Pierre is an authorized dealer, which means new instruments with full factory warranty — not rebuilds, not restorations, not grey-market imports.

Thirty-six years, one phone

The owner answers the phone.

There is no call centre, no account manager, and no sales floor rota. When you call Pierre's Fine Pianos, Pierre picks up — usually while standing next to the instrument you're asking about.

That matters more than it sounds when you're buying a five-figure instrument from two thousand miles away. You can ask what this particular unit sounds like, what's on the floor this week, and how it will be crated. And you get an answer from the person who will pack it.

Shipping

White-glove freight, anywhere in the country.

A Rhodes is not a parcel. Every instrument leaves the showroom crated for freight and travels with a carrier that handles pianos for a living — not one that handles boxes.

Pierre arranges the whole thing and tells you what it costs before anything is booked. Most of the country is a few days out. He'll give you the real timeline for your address when you call.

  • 02Carriers who move instruments as a specialty
  • 03Delivery cost quoted before anything is committed

If Pierre is with a customer

Leave your details. He'll call you back.

One person runs this showroom, so the phone isn't always free — and if you're on the East Coast, you may be reading this before he's opened. Leave a note and he'll call you personally.

Your details go straight to Pierre. No mailing list, no follow-up sequence.
